Wellness at your fingertips - a quick and simple way you can begin addressing physical wellness is to register as a user on your medical insurance carrier’s online portal. Both Anthem and Tufts have valuable wellness tools and activities for you to become more fully engaged with your health and nutrition. Take a health risk assessment, track your personal health, participate in wellness challenges, and gain access to valuable information and resources: 

Time Well Spent Webinars

Anthem members have access to free webinars conducted by medical professionals and other health care specialists. Spend an hour learning about various health topics, including nutrition, weight loss, etc. Webinars are free for Anthem members. Visit this link to view the available webinars. 

Telemedicine

Did you know that you can visit with a licensed physician right in the comfort of your own home? If you have a non-urgent need to see a physician, but do not have time to head out to the doctor’s office, or you can’t seem to track down an available appointment, you can opt to visit with a qualified physician virtually. With LiveHealth Online or Tufts Telehealth, you can have an immediate appointment with a doctor through live video. This service is not for emergency situations or other hands-on examinations, but is a great tool for non-urgent issues. Co-pay applies. Physical Fitness

While engaging with your medical plan resources is important, another key component to physical wellness is physical fitness. Access special offers and discounts for fitness, health, family care and treatments through Anthem by registering or logging into Anthem's Member Page! Navigate through the four tabs on the top of the page to access discounts through various third party vendors. Tufts offers up to a $150 rebate on your fitness center membership once you’ve been a member of the Tufts Health Plan for at least four months. Access the Group Exercise Rebate Form here!

Genetic Testing for Health & Wellness

O’Reilly is pleased to partner with Color, a company that provides personalized health screening and management through genetic testing. Hereditary disorders, such as cancer, run in families, so your results could help you and your loved ones develop a personalized prevention plan. O’Reilly Media covers 100% of the cost of Color’s Hereditary Cancer Test, which retails for $249. This is available for all full-time employees, their spouses, and adult dependents. Mental & Emotional Wellness

Employee Assistance Program

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP). WorkLifeMatters, gives you free access to a professional, confidential consultation service to help you with life issues that might be impacting your mental & emotional wellness. Speak with a certified counselor about personal difficulties, including relationship problems, work problems, stress & anxiety, substance abuse, loss & death, or any other personal concern. You can access this benefit over the phone 24 hours a day, or visit the online portal. Call (800) 386-7055 or visit www.worklife.uprisehealth.com (access code: worklife). You are also entitled to up to three face-to-face visits per year.

LiveHealth Online

The LiveHealth Online platform now also provides access to virtual appointments with licensed psychologists and therapists. If you are willing to connect with a psychologist or therapist on your smartphone, tablet, or webcam, you can talk face-to-face with an expert for daytime, evening, and weekend appointments. Appointments are available in all 50 states, and require an $80 copay for a therapist or a $95 copay for a psychologist. If you are enrolled in one of O'Reilly's Anthem plans, the copay for these visits is $10. Enroll on www.livehealthonline.com, or download the mobile app for either iOS or Android.

Carrier Resources

Please do note that your medical plan also provides coverage for mental health, nervous disorders, and substance abuse. There is coverage for inpatient and/or outpatient care under the Anthem or Tufts plans, both on an in-network and out-of-network basis. We encourage you to reference the Summary of Benefits booklet to review the coverage details for these services, as well as to review the step by step procedures of locating an in-network provider.


Anthem provides Behavioral Health Case Management, Psychiatry visits and counseling sessions via LiveHealth Online, emotional well-being resources via the Sydney Health mobile app, and 24/7 access to a licensed therapist over text, audio, or video call via Talkspace.


Tufts offers Behavioral Health Service Navigation, mental health support via Teladoc, as well as mental health support and resources via Valera Health.

Retirement Planning

O’Reilly offers all eligible employees the ability to save for retirement through a qualified
401(k) retirement savings plan through Empower Retirement. Under this plan, you may
make either traditional and/or Roth contributions into a variety of investment options.
O’Reilly Media is invested in its employees’ ability to retire, and thus also provides a
discretionary match of $0.30 per $1.00 up to 8%, per pay period. Visit
